2. Rumble Boxing

Location: 8544 Sunset Blvd. #104 West Hollywood

Let’s face it, life can get stressful, but, one of the best ways to work through stress is to let it out in the ring…well sort of. What could be more fun than channeling those feelings into a punching bag? Rumble Boxing is a 45-minute box and strength training workout all set to a fun music playlist! 3. Training Mate

Training Mate is a high-intensity workout class started by Luke Milton to make fitness fun and easy to understand. Let’s face it, we could all have more fun while working out. If you think it sounds familiar, you’re not going crazy. Training Mate was one of the featured workout classes on Khloe Kardashian’s Revenge Body and they have a variety of studios in Los Angeles to find one closest to you.

4. Body By Simone

Location: 137 S. Barrington Place., Brentwood

Wanna burn some calories by getting your groove on? Body By Simone is the workout for you. It’s a dance fitness workout created by Simone De La Rue. BBS also incorporates resistance and toning into its workouts so you can get the long, lean, body of your dreams! And BTW – Body By Simone was also featured on Khloe Kardashian’s Revenge Body.

If you long to go back to your summer camp days where your only worries were to make friends and have fun, you’ll love CAMP – LA in Santa Monica. CAMP LA offers circuit, sculpt, and yoga classes in a chic summer camp-themed fitness studio. We took a trip down to CAMP LA last summer and fell in love with their upbeat classes and friendly vibes.

After taking in class, we suggest to stay out for a while and discover some solo things to do in Los Angeles.
