If you are a big fan of ‘Friends’, ‘Big Bang Theory’, ‘Two and a Half Man’, or other major movies such as Harry Potter, then we have a tour for you. Club Babalu All July
Club Babalu is LA’s provocative immersive theater experience taking place at LOT 613 in the Downtown Arts District, where they promise a dazzling night of drama, mischief, and nostalgia. A show-within-a-show, transporting all guests to the hit 1957 TV show Welcome To Woodvana as if they were all extras on set. With a nod to I Love Lucy, the show features glamorous old Hollywood costumes, vibrant decor, a 50s-era soundscape, comedy, dance, and exciting live performances from burlesque to aerialists to jugglers. LA Waterkeeper Plastic Free July Cleanup Challenge All July
If you love helping and cleaning the environment, then we have an event for you. LA Waterkeeper is hosting four LA River cleanup days to remove plastic trash from the river, and they are encouraging people to reduce their plastic consumption, by taking such steps as carrying cloth bags to the grocery store; investing in a water filter instead of buying plastic water bottles, and choosing toys and household items made of natural materials and packed in cardboard packaging or no packaging at all.
