2022 is coming to an end with just two short months left. Can you believe it?! Lucky for all of us, the upcoming season is the best one yet, with so much to look forward to. One of those things is Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade! So many of us grew up watching this exciting, iconic event every year, and it’s become something we hold near and dear to our hearts. Whether watching the parade is a tradition for you or you’re tuning in for the first time, we are going to tell you everything you need to know to get set for the pre-food preparation morning viewing.

When

Macy’s 96th Annual Thanksgiving Day Parade will begin at 9:00 AM and will end at 12:00 PM (in all time zones) on Thursday, November 24th. Start the morning off right by tuning in and letting the festivities begin!

Where to Watch

Now, you may be asking yourself where you can watch the parade. Your answer: Sling TV. FYI, a Sling TV subscription is actually more affordable than most cable tv providers *wink wink*.

The Line-Up

Now that we’ve got all the nitty-gritty details out of the way, it’s time for the fun stuff! You don’t want to miss this year’s star-studded float! This year’s celeb performers include Jordin Sparks (who is performing her new single), Paula Abdul, Sean Paul, Big Time Rush, Joss Stone, and many more incredible artists. Other celebs in attendance include Adam Devine, Sarah Hyland, Jimmy Fallon, Mario Lopez, the cast of the Muppets (how adorable!), plus many more of your favorites!

Balloon Floats

Let’s be real… Another main reason we all tune in to watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is the GIANT, adorable balloon floats that fill the streets! This year, four new balloons will be joining the parade. You can look forward to seeing Diary of a Wimpy Kid by Abrams Books, Stuart the Minion from Illumination, Bluey by BBC, and DINO and Baby DINO by Sinclair Oil. Tune in on November 24th to discover which balloon float is your personal favorite.

Feeling in the Holiday Mood?

Yes, it’s still November, but that’s not stopping us from watching all of our favorite holiday movies to get excited about the upcoming season! If you’re an early bird who’s feeling in the holiday mood, check out the list of this season’s best films (while sipping a peppermint drink, of course). ‘Tis the season!
