To put it simply, it’s a Sephora for clean beauty junkies ( a category we definitely fall in). This past weekend, we had the opportunity to check out Credo Beauty, and we instantly knew it was going to be our new FAVE spot for all things skincare and makeup. So here’s a little guide to what we discovered, the products we fell in love with and our experience inside the fabulous stores. What Makes Credo Different?
Credo Beauty has become the trusted voice in an under-regulated beauty industry and now has become recognized for its efforts to deliver top notch clean beauty products. Their mission is to empower and educate everyone that walks through their doors (and online) about the standards of healthy beauty products and the benefits of using clean beauty items as a part of their daily routines. They seriously offer the largest selection of safe clean beauty products. Bigger than Sephora or Ulta.
They carry over 100+ of the cleanest indie and luxury brands around, including the largest collection of safer, more sustainable beauty products. They have in-store experts/passionate advocates for clean beauty who offer amazing service to their customers. When you walk into the store you are encouraged to play, get inspired and find something brand new in the clean beauty department. And trust us, you’ll be able to find some household names! From OSEA to Tower 28, to Odacité and Nopalera, they’re all here! You’ll also notice that every one of these brands has gorgeous packaging. That’s because Credo Beauty has a strict set of guidelines to ensure all the products they stock are made of multi-use or biodegradable materials. We love that!

Credo Beauty has multiple locations across Los Angeles: Abbot Kinney, Larchmont, Silverlake and West 3rd in West Hollywood. We can’t exactly tell you which is our FAVE store because they truly are all exceptional! You can find more info about each location here.
Clean Beauty 1-on-1s
Like we mentioned, Credo Beauty offers in-store consultations and services, including a Clean Beauty Discovery and Consultation (that we highly recommend). It’s an hour 1-on-1 consultation with a clean beauty expert to match you with your perfect products and shades. Credo Beauty also offers waxing and grooming and even skincare and makeup consultations, perfect if you’re trying to find a new look or start a routine for summer. Prices for their services range from $15-$40, with $50 for consultations. Reservations can be made online here.
Our Credo Beauty Favorites
This wouldn’t be an LA Girl Guide if we didn’t spill the deets on our favorite products we found at Credo Beauty. So have fun shopping with us! Here’s what we’re using and coming back for (there’s also some Credo exclusives!).
Nopalera
Sold exclusively at Credo Beauty, Nopalera is a Chicana-owned beauty collection of bath and body products made from Nopal cactus, known not only to be an ancient symbol of Mexican culture but also one of the most nourishing plants in the world. This makes Nopalera not only among the most unique but also one of the best brands around for giving your skin that nourishment. We love the Flor De Mayo botanical bar, which smells divine and comes in a tin (SO much better for the environment too). We also can’t get enough of their Cactus and Hibiscus Exfoliant and their Dulce de Cuerpo shower gel.
Follain
Babes, with summer coming fast you already know your skincare game has got to be on point. A good Vitamin C serum to keep your skin glowing all day long is a necessity, and Follain has one. This brand has everyday essentials that focus on simplicity, quality, and ease for your skin, body, and spirit. Only available at Credo Beauty – their brightening serum reduces the appearance of hyperpigmentation, and boosts overall glow. And it’s only $40 (talk about a steal)! We’ve been using Follain for a few months now and have gotten so many compliments on our daily glows, so this is definitely a product you’ll want to look out for. Check out more of our faves below.
Ceremonia
Ceremonia has a Allure Beauty Winner on their hands. The Guava Leave-in Conditioner is our holy grail of leave-in conditioners. It’s perfect for all types of hair, and has the most luxurious musky bergamot smell. Seriously, we can’t get enough of it. It also has exceptional UV protection, making it another must-have for summer. Just a pump or two is enough to leave your hair feeling the best it’s ever been. We also love the Guava Rescue Spray and the Aceite de Moska Hair Oil!
Westman Atelier
Westman Atelier has got to be one of our high-maintenance beauty favorites for the year! Their products are def a little pricey but so worth it for the high-quality formulas, ease of application and the way they feel on your skin. It’s so hard to pick favorites, but our most-used product is definitely their Baby Cheeks Blush Stick for the perfect rosy blush for summer! We also adore their Skin Activator to smoothen up our skin (we seriously get so many compliments with this one) and their Liquid Super Loaded Highlighter Drops for the perfect Bella Hadid-esque dewy skin.
Necessaire
Necessaire is one of our fave body brands ATM, and we’ve seriously run through several bottles of their Eucalyptus Body Wash at this point! It’s the perfect start to your morning routine or post-gym cleanse because of how moisturizing and rejuvenating it is without feeling heavy. The wash is chock-full of niacinamide and marula oil which will keep your body feeling so clean and clear! We also always grab a can of their Eucalyptus Deodorant Gel and Exfoliant Body Bar.
