Everything To Know About Coachella Weekend 1: A Full Guide

It’s almost our favorite time of the year, and here at the LA Girl, that time is Coachella. With Weekend 1 just around the corner, festival-goers are gearing up for an unforgettable experience filled with an all-star lineup, world famous food joints, and celebs out in the open. Here’s a sneak peek into what (and who) you can expect at Coachella 2024.

Who’s Playing?

With an all-star lineup of headliners this year, Coachella is definitely set to attract a wide range of fans – and have a mix of vibes. Whether you’re there to sob to Lana on Friday or dance with Doja on Sunday, 2024’s lineup might just be the most well-rounded year yet. Also expect large crowds for Tyler, the Creator, who will be performing on Saturday. The Coachella Weekend 1 lineup also includes recent hits Reneé Rapp, Tyla and Sabrina Carpenter, so you bet we’ll be keeping our eye out for those performances! You can find the entire Coachella lineup and schedule here.

Must-Try What to Eat?

Coachella isn’t just a music festival – we definitely like to treat it like it’s a food festival, too. From Jim Denevan’s Outstanding in the Field VIP dinner to the Shark Tank famous Cousins Maine Lobster truck, Weekend 1 has lots of options to make it a feast for your palette. Indio Market will be your go-to for all things food, with over a dozen award-winning vendors with different cuisines offering some of the most delectable bites you’ll ever try. From Ramen Hood’s delicious vegan ramen to McConnell’s ice cream, you’re sure to see some familiar faces and find a couple new faves, too. You can check out all the deets on Coachella’s food scene here.

Celebs to Spot

Since Coachella Weekend 1 is the place to be, we’re definitely expecting an all-star list of celebrities to be at the festival. Weekend 1 tends to draw in the trendsetters and the experimental. Last year we spotted Justin and Hailey Bieber, John Legend, The Weeknd, Benny Blanco and Saweeti, and more! We’re expecting to see a similar turn out this year, particularly since most of them are fans of Lana. Our predictions? Lily Chee, of course. We’d also guess that Kate Bartlett and Hannah Harrell will lead the influencer scene too.

Where to Party (if invited)?

Coachella might just be as famous for its pool and afterparties as it is for its music. And of course, Weekend 1 has all the parties you want to be at. The Revolve Festival will be on April 13th at an all-new venue in Palm Springs, featuring live performances by T-Pain, Ludacris and more. Neon Carnival is the next on our list, ready to bring the infectious high energy and late night jams it has become famous for. Anderson .Paak will be taking the stage here , along with DJ Hunny Bee and James Kennedy. We’re also ready to hit up to Camp Poosh (headlined by Anderson .Paak and Yung Taco), which will feature a host of camp-style games and activations. Also, we can’t wait to go to the first ever Gallery Desert House. To find out about every party – check out our list of the best Coachella pool and after parties you need to be at here.
