Amazon MGM Studios is bringing a taste of its 62 Emmy nominations and having a top notch food truck activation all over the streets of LA on August 10th. It will make it’s final stop at Cinespia and the custom food trucks will feature themes inspired by three of Amazon’s Emmy-nominated shows – Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Fallout, and Red, White & Royal Blue.
Here’s the schedule: Fallout truck will be handing out FREE Burgers (veggie too!), fries, and Okie Dokie Donut Holes at the famous Venice Beach sign from 10:30am-12:30pm, then in Santa Monica at Montana & 15th Ct. from 1:30pm-3:30pm. The Mr. and Mrs. Smith truck will be be handing out FREE hot dogs (veggie too!), and cookies on Miracle Mile next to The La Brea Tar Pits from 11am-1pm and then in West Hollywood at the Runyon Canyon entrance from 2pm-4pm. Red, White & Royal Blue’s truck will be handing out FREE British fare like fish and chips, cake pops, and Earl Grey iced tea in Studio City at the corner of Laurel Canyon Blvd and Ventura Blvd from 11am-1pm and then in Silver Lake at the corner of Sunset Blvd and Sanborn Ave from 2-4pm.
Summer Luau at Malibu Gladstones

Aloha vibes will be coming to Gladstones, the legendary restaurant on the beach, where the sun meets the sea. The iconic beachside restaurant will host a FREE summer luau and transform the public deck into a tropical paradise. The event will feature traditional Hawaiian food, tropical beverages (Mai Tai’s served in pineapples and Pina Colada’s in coconuts), live hula performances, fire dancing, Hawaiian music, and a live music set by the Royal Rats. It’s a luau for ALL AGES! Wear your Hawaiian gear (it’s highly encouraged!) because you will receive a ticket good for a plate of traditional Hawaiian cuisine, a beverage (alcoholic or non), or an ice cream. If you don’t have any gear, you’ll only have to pay $15 for the special menu which includes a selection of entrées that comes with a side of mac salad and rice.
