With so much to explore in this gorgeous town, it can be hard to know where to go and what to do. Options are endless and can fit whatever you’re in the mood for. We love a good shopping date in BH, but if you’re on a budget we found some pretty epic non-shopping things to do in Beverly Hills. Get ready to save this list, because here is a short and sweet list of  6 things to do in Beverly Hills.

1. The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills

Location: 9705 S Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, CA 90210

Nothing cheesy about this place, just pure authenticity. Founded in 1967, The Cheese Store is an iconic place in Beverly Hills that has provided locals with delicious cheese and food for decades. If you’re in the neighborhood, stop by and try some of their delish sandwiches. We recommend the Cheese Store Club with house-roasted turkey and avocado. They also having amazing salads like the lemon arugula and chicken caesar. You can grab something to go and find a spot to eat your lunch at a nearby park too. 2. Mr. Brainwash Art Museum

Location: 465 North Beverly Drive, Beverly Hills, California 90210

Currently a pop-up exhibit (in the former Paley Center of Media Building), is the Mr. Brainwash Art Museum. Artist Thierry Guetta known as Mr. Brainwash brought his exquisite artwork and style to the museum which showcases not only his work but art from other artists as well. Stop by to get a glance at the stunning sculptures, paintings, and multimedia displays featured throughout the museum. The museum represents hope through times of uncertainty, and visitors will be amazed by the beauty and creativity flowing inside the famed building which also features amazing displays of colors and murals on the exterior. 3. Beverly Gardens Park

Location: 9439 Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, CA 90210

One of the most beautiful parks in the city is none other than Beverly Gardens Park, a historic park created and opened in the early 20th century (early 1900’s). Featured in films such as ‘Down and Out in Beverly Hills,” and “Beverly Hills Chihuahua,” the area incorporates around 16 acres and stretches along Santa Monica Boulevard. This is the perfect spot for a hot girl walk, picnic lunch date, or a simple outing with your friends and family. Popular with locals, the park remains an attraction for tourists all around the world and remains an important part to the legacy of the city.

4. Virginia Robinson Gardens 

Location: 1008 Elden Way, Beverly Hills, CA 90210

One of the first homes ever built in Beverly Hills was the Robinson Mansion in 1911. At the time, the mansion was owned by Virginia and Harry Robinson who both operated the Robinson Department Stores. This historic place is located behind the Beverly Hills Hotel and features the beautiful Virginia Robinson Gardens which has hosted many luxurious parties and events through the years. Currently, the estate provides a 90-minute tour which showcases the history and beauty of the property. Be sure to reserve your spot ahead of time. The estate also hosts lectures, art classes plus other creative and leisure events throughout the year. A gem of Beverly Hills, the estate is definitely worth a visit when in town. 

5. Beverly Hills Farmers Market

Location: 9300 Civic Center Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90210

Open every Sunday from 8 am – 1 pm, The Beverly Hills Farmers Market offers fresh fruit and veggies from some of the best farms in California. Visitors can expect to see plenty of vendors offering seasonal items such as flowers, organic fruits, milk, juice, pie, breads, pastries, and handmade and specialty items. 6. Beverly Hills Public Library

Location: 444 N Rexford Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90210

Looking for a simple and stress-free outing? Take a stroll to the Beverly Hills Public Library. It’s open 7 days a week at various hours. Kid friendly, and a perfect place to bring your laptop to finish work if needed. The library holds over 200,000 volumes and hosts book discussions with renowned book authors throughout the year. Educational and situated in a charming setting, you can never go wrong with visiting the library.
