The LA Girl team, along with Editor-In-Chief, Erika De La Cruz, gathered together to officially celebrate the one-year anniversary of our LA Girl relaunch with the help of the Rooftop Cinema Club Arts District at ROW DTLA. The upper deck rooftop was filled with media boss babes, including producers, influencers, and other LA media personalities who have supported The LA Girl from the very beginning. Our fabulous attendees were invited to enjoy a cozy movie night under the stars, showing the fan-favorite movie Bridesmaids. We all got a little carried away and mingled the night away, forming new biz-friendships among the crowd (which we are so excited about!).

Acquiring The LA Girl only 1 year ago, our Editor-In-Chief, Erika De La Cruz, has since relaunched this brand and added her own personal flair to it, emphasizing on Fashion, Travel Guides, Events in LA, and so many more of her personal favs. This special night was about celebrating just that (plus mingling with our longtime Bizz friends!). We partnered together with Rooftop Cinema Club Arts District because a movie night with a gorgeous view overlooking Los Angeles felt like the perfect touch for celebrating an LA-based Publication.
Talk about the perfect night… A hilarious movie to laugh along to on the big screen, drinks from the Hi-Lo Bar, and of course, fresh popcorn and treats from the Cinema Stand. Our attendees also received a fabulous goodie bag with gifts from our event partners, including a mini bottle of Rosa Regale, Orly Nail Polish, Simply Cutrer Chardonnay, Williams Sonoma Cocktail Mixer, Javy Coffee, Hello Vegan Lip Balm, and the biggest hit of the night, a custom embroidered royal green LA Girl blanket to keep guests warm during the screening. WOW is all we can say after a night that we wished could last forever.

This remarkable celebration took place at Rooftop Cinema Club Arts District, located at ROW DTLA, which is one of the three RCC locations here in Los Angeles. The venue is located up on the 5th floor and is filled with gorgeous floral decor, a panoramic view of the skyline, a massive screen for the showing, and two styles of comfortable, Bohemian seating. Arriving right at 7 PM on a Wednesday night, guests were able to view the incredible rooftop view of the city we all along, along with a stunning sunset that filled the sky with orange, pink, and blue before our movie began. You can enjoy this stunning view and night experience, too, by booking a ticket for one of the fan-favorite movies they have to offer throughout the year. (P.S. bring a jacket or blanket because once the sun sets, the Fall breeze starts to come over the rooftop.)

What better way to celebrate The LA Girl’s success than a movie night lying underneath the stars, surrounded by some of our favorite people, in an environment that screams MEDIA. We celebrated the special day with yummy drinks, a stunning view, and mingling all night long with some of our favorite business bosses!
