Let’s face it, your relationship with your hairdresser may be one of the most important ones you’ll ever have. They can make or break your look in just one appointment. That’s why it’s crucial to find a salon you can trust. Here in LA, we love our hair so much that we’re willing to visit only the best salons in Los Angeles. So, if you’re new to LA, or maybe your current stylist is leaving you, or you’re just not feeling your current do’, we’ve got a whole list of our favorite salons to book an appointment. Here are 5 of the best (and our favorite too!) hair salons in LA.

1. Nine Zero One

Location: 901 Westbourne Dr., West Hollywood

If you want go where the stars go to get your hair done, head over to Nine Zero One in WeHo. It’s the prime hotspot for our fav it girlies. To name a few, they’ve styled the locks of Emma RobertsHilary Duff, and Selena Gomez. Nine Zero One’s luxurious services will make you feel just as good as your hair will look. It’s why they are one of the best hair salons in LA. They also offer in house spray tans too. But if you want hair like the stars you gotta pay up. Starting prices for a stylist (on average) are $225 for cuts and $425 for partial highlights. Prices go up if you’re looking for something a bit more detailed.

2. Bomane

Location: 8668 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills

We’re obsessed with Bomane Salon’s effortlessly chic and bouncy hairstyles. Don’t just take our word for it! Bomane salon is also a fave of Pandora Vanderpump (aka Beverly Hills Housewife Lisa Vanderpump‘s daughter). Ooh la la! They use products like Oribe and Davines. And you can trust Bomane with your hair extensions. That’s their specialty, but you’ll need a consult first to figure out how much it’ll cost you. As far as their other services, prices for cuts range between $125-$350, color is about $300 and up.

3. Framed

Location: 2821 Pico Blvd., Santa Monica

The stylists at Framed Salon in Santa Monica pride themselves on their mindful beauty practices. That explains why it landed on the list of Goop’s beloved salons. You’ll feel relaxed in the hair salon’s zen atmosphere while your tresses are being attended to. Prices for cuts are $100 and up and color services range between $125-$350.

4. Chris McMillan

Location: 8944 Burton Way, Beverly Hills

If you’ve ever envied Jennifer Aniston’s hair, you’ll want to book an appointment at Chris McMillan’s salon in Beverly Hills. The stylists at this high-end salon will make you feel like numero uno (aka #1), with their longer appointment time slots. You’ll get to enjoy complimentary beverages during your appointment and really have that self-care me time all to yourself. Products of choice for the salon are Living Proof haircare products and Kérastase. Since its Beverly Hills you know the prices will be totally boujee! Save your pennies, because haircuts are anywhere between $200-$275 and highlights begin at $400

5. Tesler Salon

Location: 2476 Glendale Blvd., Silver Lake

Tesler Salon calls itself “Cali Cool,” and we couldn’t agree more! The salon is so chic inside and they specialize in highlights, balayage, and blow-outs ($65 & up). You’ll walk out with that effortless “I woke up like this” look (that in reality, took a lot of effort from the salon’s talented staff). They also have someone on hand for special occasion up-do’s and makeup application. Plus, Emmy-nominated hair and makeup artist Adriana Tesler is the founder. So, you know you’re in good hands! If you a re looking for a cut, that will run you anywhere from $125 & up. Highlights begin at $200 and up.
