2022 Los Angeles Times Food Bowl
For all of our foodies out there, we have some exciting events on deck for you. This September, the LA Time Food Bowl will be a month-long event that will celebrate the diversity of food in LA. We are talking about some of the best local eateries, amazing chefs, pop-up dining events, and so much more.
September 1st, 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm PST
The food bowl launch party will be held at Grandmaster Recorders in Hollywood. The night will feature delicious tastings from chefs like Jon Yato of Kato, Petit Trois, and many others. A live DJ will be present with cocktails, beer, and wine, so you know it’s going to be a great time.

Grammy Museum Public Programs
Starting September 12th, the Grammy Museum will be hosting multiple musicians for a live performance all night. Don’t forget to check out all the restaurants that are within walking distance from the Grammy Museum before or after your night of dancing to some tunes!

LACMA Objects of Desire Exhibit
We know everyone’s heard of this museum, but we have a new, exciting event at LACMA that is starting from September 4th until December 18th. LACMA’s new exhibit Object of Desire: Photography and the Language of Advertising will explore the artistic manipulation of advertising. View images all the way back from the 1970s to now about advertisement’s visual vocabulary.

Mish Mosh Comedy Show
In desperate need of a laugh and a great time? This event is calling your name! Secure your tickets for a night at the Mish Mosh Comedy Show where comedians such as Meryl Klemow (Yes, our fabulous LA Girl Contributor), Jesse Egan, and more will provide a night full of laughter. Also, proceeds will go to the LA Animal Rescue, so for all the animal lovers out there, you’re giving back by attending (with some added laughs)!

Takashi Murakami: Stepping on the Tail of a Rainbow
The Broad’s spring exhibition will feature two exhibitions; Takashi Murakami and “This is Not America’s Flag.” The Takashi Murakami: Stepping on the Tail of the Rainbow will display 18 colorful flowers, cartoonish murals, and more from his work. The “This is Not America’s Flag” will feature art from 20 artists that challenge the symbolism of the American Flag.
