1. Rose Bowl Flea Market

Address: 1001 Rose Bowl Dr, Pasadena, CA 91103

Hours: Monthly; Second Sundays of every month 9AM-4PM

This massive market takes place on the second Sunday of every month and is a must-visit for any serious shopper or anyone visiting LA. With over 2,500 vendors spread out over 55 acres, you’ll be sure to find something you love. And if you’re an early bird, make sure to arrive before 9 am for the best selection. You’ll also need  to plan transportation and parking ahead of time since  parking can be a bit tricky since this market attracts thousands of visitors. Well…there’s reasons why. It’s one of the most iconic flea markets where you can find one of a kind pieces.

Pro Tip: Most vendors at flea markets only accept cash, so make sure to bring plenty of small bills and change.

2. Melrose Trading Post

Address: 7850 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90046

Hours: Weekly; Sundays 9AM-5PM

If you’re looking for a more intimate shopping experience, check out the Melrose Trading Post. Located in the heart of West Hollywood, this market takes place every Sunday and features a carefully curated selection of vendors selling everything from vintage clothing to handmade jewelry to artisanal food. Plus, there’s live music and a beer garden for those of us who like to shop with a drink in hand. There is an admission fee of $5 but all proceeds from admission fees and vendor fees go directly to the Greenway Arts Alliance, which supports arts education programs at Fairfax High School and other schools in the area. So not only will you find some fabulous finds, but you’ll also be supporting a great cause.

Pro Tip: You’ll need something to carry your finds in, so bring a tote bag or basket. 

3. Long Beach Antique Market

Address: 4901 E Conant St, Long Beach, CA 90808

Hours: Monthly; Third Sundays of every month 5:30AM-2PM

Calling all antique lovers! This market takes place on the third Sunday of every month and is a paradise for antique lovers. With over 800 vendors selling everything from mid-century modern furniture to vintage clothing to rare collectibles, you’re sure to find something that speaks to your soul. Admission is $7, and parking is free (we love a good free parking perk). Early bird admission is available for $12, allowing you to enter the market at 5:30 am, two hours before general admission. This is a great option for serious collectors and those looking for the best selection of items.

4. Pasadena City College Flea Market

Address: 1570 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91106

Hours: Monthly; First Sunday of every month 8AM-3PM

With over 500 vendors, the Pasadena City College Flea Market is one of the largest and most popular flea markets in the LA area, attracting vintage enthusiasts and collectors from all over. The outdoor areas feature vendors selling vintage clothing, furniture, jewelry, and collectibles, while the indoor areas offer a selection of handmade and artisanal items. You can find everything from vintage clothing and accessories to unique artisanal food products. 

5. Santa Monica Outdoor Antique & Collectible Market

Address: 3223 Donald Douglas Loop S, Santa Monica, CA 90405

Hours: Twice a month; First & fourth Sunday every month 7 AM–3 PM

Uniquely held at Santa Monica Airport, this market boasts a selection of over 200 vendors selling everything from antique furniture to rare books and collectibles. The airport location adds a unique charm to the market and creates a fun and lively atmosphere for shoppers. Pets are welcome so be sure to bring your furry friends! Admission is $5, and parking is free. They say you can furnish a house in a day if you visit this flea market.

Pro Tip: At any flea market you’ll be doing a lot of walking, so wear comfortable shoes…in style though. Duh.

6. Topanga Vintage Market

Address: Victory Blvd at, Mason Ave, Winnetka, CA 91306

Hours: Monthly; Fourth Sunday of every month 7 AM–2 PM

The Topanga Vintage Market offers a unique selection of vintage and handmade items, along with live music and food trucks. Held at Pierce College in Woodland Hills, the market offers a fun and festive atmosphere for shoppers. With over 170 vendors selling everything from vintage clothing to artisanal food products, the market has a charm all its own. Entry is $5, kids 12 and under free, and veterans are forever free. Unfortunately, you will need to keep your furry friends at home, yup no pets allowed,  but there is free parking.
