Ever strolled past a building or a spot in LA that looked oddly familiar? You swore you have seen it before but can’t seem to recall the time or place. Since LA is the Entertainment Capital of the World, you’ve probably spotted it in one of your favorite movies. Yes we know, movies are often shot in a studio, but it is also very common for movies to be shot in the beautiful city of LA (I mean come on, it’s LA!). If you are ever in the mood for an adventure, here are 5 iconic movie locations in LA that every LA Girl should visit.

La La Land – Cathy’s Corner

Address: Mt Hollywood Dr, Los Angeles, CA, 90027

It’s hard to summarize the beauty of LA in just one sentence. And if someone ever asked, La La Land would be one of the answers. Even though the list of LA spots in La La Land is extremely long, let’s talk about Cathy’s Corner. Located on Mt. Hollywood Dr, north of Vista Del Valle Drive, walk up the hill to enjoy the view and spot where Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone filmed the iconic scene from the song, A Lovely Night. Whether it’s during the day or night, preferably a little before sunset, enjoy the remarkable view and don’t forget to catch a photo with the signature moves from the movie.
